Arts Illiana provides core services to the Indiana Arts Commission (IAC)-designated Region Six, which includes Clay, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo Counties. Those services include grants making, information and referral services, technical assistance, and cultural needs assessment and planning.

In addition to administering the Regional Initiative Grant program on behalf of the IAC, for this region, Arts Illiana also administers the City of Terre Haute Arts Project grants on behalf of the City.
